If you are looking for an OSINT Industries alternative because your searches outgrow your credit balance, start here: OSINTsearch Pro includes 500 credits every week for $49.99 a month. OSINT Industries Intermediate includes 100 credits per month for £49.
That is OSINTsearch's strongest case for regular research. You get room to search another handle, follow an email-linked account and check the next lead. You can also evaluate the product on a recurring Free plan and export your available results before buying a subscription.
The prices are in different currencies, and the allowances reset on different schedules. Here is what those differences mean for your actual work.

OSINT Industries and OSINTsearch pricing
| Product and plan | Monthly subscription | Included credits |
|---|---|---|
| OSINTsearch Free | $0 | 15 per week |
| OSINTsearch Starter | $20 USD | 50 per week |
| OSINTsearch Pro | $49.99 USD | 500 per week |
| OSINT Industries Basic | £19 GBP | 30 per month |
| OSINT Industries Intermediate | £49 GBP | 100 per month |
| OSINT Industries Advanced | £99 GBP | 300 per month |
OSINTsearch also offers Starter at $199 a year and Pro at $499 a year, paid upfront. Both vendors offer custom Enterprise plans. Check current prices and applicable checkout taxes on the OSINTsearch pricing page and OSINT Industries pricing page.
OSINTsearch refills every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Unused weekly credits do not roll over. Industries advertises monthly credit carryover, subject to the terms attached to your order. That makes your search pattern important: regular weekly work and occasional large batches need different budgets. OSINTsearch allowance rules, Industries subscriptions, Industries terms.
More capacity for the searches that follow
An investigation rarely ends with the first result. A profile contains another handle. An email leads to another account. Each useful connection raises something else to check.
For 20 ordinary searches each week, Starter's 50-credit weekly allowance covers your workload. Across four complete weekly allowance periods, that is 80 searches. Industries Basic includes 30 monthly credits, so one Basic allocation alone does not cover those 80 searches. Intermediate includes 100.
For 200 ordinary searches each week, Pro's 500-credit weekly allowance covers your workload. That is 800 searches across four complete weekly periods. Industries Advanced includes 300 monthly credits, so covering 800 requires an existing balance, additional credits or a different allocation. Industries offers top-ups; 300 is its included allowance, not a platform limit.
This is where OSINTsearch provides more: included capacity for repeated username, email and phone research. It lets you budget for follow-up work alongside the first lookup.
At full use, Pro's monthly price works out to about $0.023 USD per ordinary search: $49.99 × 12 ÷ (500 × 52). Starter works out to about $0.092. The corresponding figures are £0.49 GBP on Industries Intermediate and £0.33 on Advanced, calculated from their monthly price and allowance. These are full-use calculations in separate currencies, not pay-as-you-go offers or an exchange-rate comparison. The OSINTsearch figures assume every weekly allowance is used across a 52-week planning year. Using fewer credits raises your effective cost per search.
Free searches should let you evaluate the results
OSINTsearch Free includes 15 credits each week plus JSON, CSV and evidence-only PDF exports of your available results. Exporting costs no search credits. At the time of this comparison, Free also shows the social profile fields returned by the sources. It does not unlock paid breach records or deep search. Free-plan features.
That gives you a practical evaluation: search an identifier you own, inspect the source links and take the results with you. You can review a returned biography, account ID or linked profile when the source provides it, then decide whether a paid allowance fits your work. Exported data follows your account's access level. Paid plans can also add AI summaries to PDF reports, subject to AI usage limits.
Industries offers eligible enterprise trials and vetted free-access programs, including journalist access. OSINTsearch's advantage for an individual getting started is a recurring self-service Free plan. Industries enterprise trials, journalist access.
Pro gives you a budget for deeper follow-up
Pro adds deep search at depths 1 through 4 and access to available breach records and linked identifiers. Starter's breach view covers the source, date and exposed data categories. These actions spend credits from the same allowance:
| OSINTsearch action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Ordinary username, email or phone search | 1 |
| Breach reveal | 5 |
| Deep search at depth 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 | 3 / 6 / 12 / 24 |
Eligible deep searches launched from existing results have reduced costs of 2, 3, 6 or 12 credits by depth. Deep search is available on Pro and Enterprise. Action costs and access.
Here is a concrete Pro week: 100 ordinary searches, 10 breach reveals and 10 depth-3 deep searches at 12 credits each cost 270 credits. That is 100 + 50 + 120, leaving 230 of your 500 credits for further work.
Start with username search, reverse email lookup or phone number lookup, then choose the follow-up actions your results justify.

For regular dashboard research, OSINTsearch combines a substantial weekly allowance with free exports and deeper follow-up on Pro. If self-service API access, name or wallet searches, case storage or credit carryover determines your purchase, check Industries against those requirements first.
Optional costs matter there too. Industries' API documentation says an applicable premium module adds three credits to a standard search, making four total; premium-only mode costs three. This applies to those documented API options, not every search. Industries API costs.
Choose your weekly search budget
- Free: evaluate returned social results and exports with 15 credits each week.
- Starter: get 50 weekly credits for ordinary searches and occasional breach reveals.
- Pro: get 500 weekly credits, deep search and fuller breach access.
- Enterprise: discuss API access and negotiated team requirements.
If your work regularly moves from one identifier to the next, OSINTsearch gives you a clear reason to switch: more included search capacity, an exportable free evaluation and a Pro budget you can divide between searches and deeper follow-up.
Try OSINTsearch Free, inspect a result you can verify, and choose the plan that fits your week.
How we compared
This compares published allowances and documented features, not accuracy, speed or cost per verified finding. Ordinary searches cost one credit; optional actions cost more. Four weekly periods are workload examples, not a calendar-month conversion. The chart sums 52 weekly or 12 monthly allocations, assuming full use on ordinary searches; it does not show an annual balance available at once. Source catalogues and credits are not identical measures of coverage. A field must be returned by its source to appear, and an account match is a lead to verify, not proof of identity. Industries credit definition.
