Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• Your request is made within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
• You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of our refund policy, such as creating multiple accounts to use the service for free.

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

Please include your account email address and the date of purchase to help us locate your transaction quickly.

Once your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card or other payment method).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Typically, this takes 5-10 business days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel after the 7-day refund window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months after the initial guarantee period.
